The Sims

The very first Sims CD. It is the one with which you'll get accustomed with the game. Using the tutorial, you'll lurn how to drive the Sims, use the interractive objects in the house, build one... etc. This is where your "Simian" adventure will start... How many catastrophes ! Your kitchen will burn, a burglar will comme steal the furniture that your Sims will have taken so much time to earn ! Some of your Sims will fight with their neighours, others will fall in love... etc. How many surprises ! A hint : don't cheat from the strat, it would spoil your pleasure (to cheat afterwards !). Follow the tough rule of Sims life (work, savings... etc.) before your make them rich and lazy.

The Sims, Livin' Large

First Sims additionnal CD. Adds objects (furniture... etc.) to the original game. You must install it if you want to install the following ones.

The Sims, House Party

This is when serious fun starts... Your Sims will be able to organize huge house parties, invite their neighbours, turn the volume to the max, be fined for making too much noise at night, hire a caterer, dance all night long (To usually end up not being able to wake up to go to work !) Almost impossible to play without cheating ! ;o)

The Sims, Hot Date

Your "simian" world expands with this addition allowing you to send your Sims downtown (which you will build piecewise as you have built your small Sims village). Your Sims will be able to go out to lunch in a restaurant, have a drink in a bar, buy themselves a hot-dog, have sinister individuals try to pick them up, go shopping and make one another presents such as a box of chocolates or frilly underwear... How nice ! ;o) A hint : you need a powerful computer, this addition being quite slow if your Macintosh is less than 500 Mhz... ;o(

The Sims, Vacation

From the beginning, your Sims stay in their village and don't travel much. They need to get a tan... This addition send them to the sea shore in beautiful hotels, to skiing resorts where they can make snowmen, camping, so they can grill some sausages on a bonfire, go fishing...etc. You will obviously be able to build these vacation resorts, buy adequate clothes for your Sims, and treat them to a well deserved rest ! Requires a quite powerful computer... ;o(

The Sims, Unleashed

And what about pets ? Here they come ! Your Sims will be able to adopt cats and dogs, give them names, lbring them up and get prizes at canine or feline contests ! They will give them nice collers, small cozy beds, cool toys. They will have their fishes, their shy turtle or the talkative perrot. But who says pets also says pests... Your trash bags will be ripped open by racoons, skunks will play havoc with your garden... Luckily, the vet service is here to help ! Again, you need quite a powerful computer.
